Healthy Eating Habits To Lose Weight Quickly

Eating the right foods is a big part of losing weight, you must keep a consistent eating habit. You’ve heard the old saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, right. 
Well that’s not too far from the truth, of course though it takes more than just an apple a day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should never be skipped. 
There is always time to have a good healthy breakfast even on the run. 
A good healthy breakfast consists of three things, fiber, protein and natural sugars.
You can find these things with many combinations of foods.
Here’s an example:
Whole grain bread is an excellent source of (fiber). 
Bacon and eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese, berries, peanut butter all good sources of (protein). 
Banana’s, apples, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries and so on for your (natural sugars), not only are they excellent sources for natural sugar but they contain antioxidants to flush out toxins in your body.
The thing is to eat a combination of these foods every morning and stay consistent.
You can snack throughout the day to keep your body going, but this doesn’t mean having a diet coke with French fries or a bag of chips. 
It’s good for the body to eat regularly throughout the day and if you are looking to lose weight quickly you might consider eating these things throughout the day.
. Granola bars 
. Raw veggies 
. Fruits 
. Trail mix 
. Yogurts
It’s OK to skip lunch if you munch.
Everything the body needs to keep going throughout the day and all are good and good for you. Drink lots of water, you should be drinking half your body weight in fluid ounces every day. 
So if you weigh 180 pounds you should be drinking a minimum of 90 fluid ounces of water every day. Don’t drink too much coffee or tea, have water instead.
For a healthy meal at dinner
Eating a good healthy meal at diner time does not mean you have to exclude flavor or the foods you love. We’ve all heard our parents say, “eat your vegetables” well so you should. 
Incorporating steamed or raw vegetables with your meal will not only provide you with the nutrients your body needs, but will also help with how your body digests and processes your foods. I highly recommend that you eat them first.
Smart choices
Artichoke 
Cauliflower 
Green Beans 
Carrots 
Red, Yellow or Green Peppers 
Broccoli
I highly recommend steamed or raw, please don’t boil them, as it will reduce the nutrients. If you boil your veggies you might just as well drink the water.
So you might be saying where’s the beef? You can have the beef, chicken, pork or fish. You can use herbs and spices with a little salt and pepper. Chopped garlic or freshly grated ginger adds great flavor and is really good for the body.
Oh yeah before I forget you could also have desert.
